With over 13 years of full-time real estate experience, I specialize in residential real estate while also bringing valuable commercial real estate expertise to my clients. My background in sales, marketing, and teaching business classes helped shape the strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills I bring to every transaction. I've earned multiple awards for sales volume and production and have consistently ranked among the top three agents in my office for the past five years.
Serving buyers and sellers throughout Franklin and Gulf counties, I combine deep local market knowledge with a personalized, relationship-focused approach. With a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing, I provide strategic guidance and a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. My family moved to St. George Island in 1968, when only a handful of families lived here — my brother was the first baby born to a family on the Island. Back then there were no paved roads, no stop signs, and no community water system: just shell roads, sandy paths, and a close-knit community that treated each other like family. We spent our days fishing with my dad, catching blue crabs, exploring tidal pools, and watching sea turtles nest on the beach. My family owned the only restaurant on the island for several years.
As a teenager, I began working in real estate as a receptionist for Leisure Properties during the development of the St. George Plantation. Even then, I loved helping people discover the beauty and charm of this special place. Today I still carry that same love for St. George Island, Apalachicola, and the Forgotten Coast.
